Have you ever been listening to an episode of wildly popular #1 film review podcast Kill James Bond, and thought to yourself, "Oh boy, I wish that this convenient on-the-go prerecorded podcast was instead live, on a stage, and I have to sit still for the entire episode"?
Kill James Bond are bringing BACK their specific brand of feminist media analysis to the Auditorium at the Streatham Space Project to do something we claimed we would never do: Watch the Austin Powers series.
This event takes place over the course of three nights, in order. On the 13th we are discussing Austin Powers, on the 14th we tackle The Spy Who Shagged Me, and on the 15th we take a leisurely stroll through Goldmember.
For those unfamiliar with our show, you do not have to have watched the movies to enjoy! Our typical format is to retell the plot of the movie, constantly going off on wild tangents, discussing aspects of filmmaking, vaguely alluding to queer in-jokes, and above all making each other laugh.
