Eight interconnected and uplifting stories inspired by the Extinction Rebellion uprising

A brand new comic and timely play and call to arms from award winning writer Stephanie Martin, "Rage but Hope" explores the effects of the climate crisis and the Extinction Rebellion movement on people from all walks of life.

Rage, but Hope explores the unexpected, diverse and vibrant voices effected and inspired by a growing awareness of the climate crisis. The play celebrates and examines the work of movements to address the catastrophe. As uplifting as it is provocative, the play is a call to arms for humanity to join together to face the environmental catastrophe. Filled with satirical humour and tenderness the play examines the emotional effects of the climate crisis while simultaneously offering hope. A celebration of people power and humanity.

Press for Martin's previous works :

"It's authenticity that sets Juniper and Jules apart, opening the doors to a subject that's rarely portrayed on stage analysing commitment, love, and desire with raw and keen writing” - Cindy Marcolina for Broadway World

"This was a brilliant effect, a true moment of smart theatre. Frustrating because this brave choice suggests there’s the possibility of more theatrical games from writer Martin...This is sit-forward, lean-in theatre. It’s provocative with a small ‘p’" - Entertainment Focus

*Streatham Space Project and the Producer want as many people to have the chance to see this show as possible - so we're operating a ‘Pay What You Can’ ticketing option. Please pick a price which suits your means - all Standard tickets will admit entry. Thanks for your support!
