Yin Yoga with Aurora
Yin Yoga is a branch of Yoga that focuses on stretching and strengthening connective tissues instead of muscles. This is achieved by holding poses longer with little or no muscle engagement.
Yin Yoga promotes the more soft, open, calm side of us.

Treat yourself with 60 mins of Gentle Vinyasa flow every Sunday. This class is designed to challenge the body while quietening the mind. A series of standing and seating poses will give you a full work out to increase flexibility, stamina, breath awareness & well being.
